Build the cold chain.
From the inside.
Indicold is building India’s most automated cold chain — a category-defining infrastructure play. We need engineers, operators, data scientists, and builders who want to work on problems that matter.
Why Indicold?
We’re a small, high-conviction team building a hard industry with deep technology. Every person here owns a real problem. No middle management. No “wait for approval” culture. Just outcomes.
Move Fast
We build and ship quickly. We’d rather iterate than over-plan.
Own the Problem
You own your domain end-to-end. No one will micromanage you.
Think in Systems
Cold chain is complex. We value people who see the whole picture.
